This is a place to share your thoughts, to exchange points of view, to inspire and to support one another.  When life stresses you out by things like a job lose, health issues, broken relationships, mental health issues, addictions and so many other stressors too numerous to list, it’s time to change what’s not helpful nor working any longer.

Here on this blog our goal is to give different ways to think about situations.  Followed by using different methods.

Thinking about your concerns differently may make life a little less stressful.  We’ll share examples and help open our readers to possibly a new concept they never even thought to think, show different ways to combat a destructive pattern or offer another method that might help.

*There are no quick fixes, drive through windows for fast service, no magic pill here to make things go away so we can hide from reality.  Just a group of caring, compassionate and loving  people who are on their life’s journey to learn and be willing to grow to become the best that they can be not only to themselves but to one another.
